Office Policy and Procedures

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 with lunch from 12:00 to 1:30.  We have an answering service if you need to reach us after hours.  We also have a voice mailbox if you would like to leave a message for the office staff.  These services can be reached after hours through our regular office number.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as forms of payment.  We use an automated check recovery system and ask that your phone number, drivers license number and correct address be included on your check.

Our office staff will call in prescription refills should that become necessary.  We will not call in controlled medications or antibiotics.  We ask that you allow 48 hours for your refills to be called to the pharmacy.

No patient will be denied treatment because of sex, color, creed, or religion.  All patients will be treated with the utmost respect in the most timely fashion possible.

It is our goal to give the best possible care for our patients and their loved ones.
