Dr.
Crestani is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical
Branch in Galveston, and of the University of Alabama Family
Medicine Residency Program in Huntsville. She is board certified
by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Crestani continues
her involvement in academia by teaching medical students
who rotate through her office for one or two months a year.
Dr.
Crestani is on the board of directors for the Madison County
Medical Society and the Alabama Academy of Family Physicians.
She also serves as the young physician representative from
the American Academy of Family Medicine to the American
Medical Association. These appointments ensure that she
is knowledgeable about the most recent events affecting
physicians and their patients.
In addition
to the above, Dr. Crestani has an interest in medical mission
work. She has participated in several trips to Nicaragua,
and continues to serve every two years.
Despite her other activities, Dr. Crestani focuses on her
patients. She is committed to them and their families, and
feels that each person is deserving of the best care she
can provide. She enjoys working with all ages, and has a
special interest in women's and children's medicine.
