Dr. Crestani is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and of the University of Alabama Family Medicine Residency Program in Huntsville where she is currently on faculty. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.


Dr. Crestani is the president for the Madison County Medical Society and the president elect of the Alabama Academy of Family Physicians. She also serves as the young physician representative from the Medical Association of the State of Alabama to the American Medical Association. These appointments ensure that she is knowledgeable about the most recent events affecting physicians and their patients.

In addition to the above, Dr. Crestani has an interest in medical mission work. She has participated in several trips to Nicaragua, and continues to serve every few years.  She also works in Search and Rescue with her canine partner Scout.


Despite her other activities, Dr. Crestani focuses on her patients. She is committed to them and their families, and feels that each person is deserving of the best care she can provide. She enjoys working with all ages, and has a special interest in women's and children's medicine.
