Medicine will be closing effective January 7, 2007.
No patients will
be seen after noon on January 4, 2007.
All charts will
be transferred to the care of Dr. Elisa Haley at 830-8930.
She will be assuming care for most patients, and both Kim
and Mary will be working with her. |
